Grundon empties non re-cycled waste bin on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ie for all mixed general office waste, such as black plastic bags, lunch left overs, fruit juice cartons, polystyrene packaging blocks, other small non recyclable waste items.
Grundon empties re-cycled waste bin on Monday and Thursday mornings, ie for all paper, cardboard (all boxes to be compressed), plastic bottles, and aluminium steel cans etc. No black plastic bags.
Please do not put the following items in the waste bins: aerosols, asbestos, batteries, paint or ink tins (with residues), cleaning chemicals, fluorescent tubes, tyres, oils or oil filters, gas bottles, fire extinguishers, computer monitors, TVs, fridges or freezers, other office equipment. These must be disposed of separately, please refer to: www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk
