I write to further to your fax received on 11 November 2002 requesting a check on
compliance with all of the planning conditions associated with this development.

I carried out a site visit yesterday and observed that the following remain outstanding:

  • Surfacing and marking out of vehicle parking spaces.
  • Implementation of approved soft landscaping scheme.
  • Provision of cycle parking facilities.

Please ensure that all of these requirements are implemented before the units are occupied.
