completion inspection was carried out on the 30 April

It is certified that so far as the Council have been
able to ascertain, after taking all reasonable
steps, that the requirements of the Building Regulations
have been satisfied.
This certificate relates only to the work described
above. In the case of an extension or alteration
or installation of fillings, it does not relate to
any work carried out to which the regulations did
not
apply, e.g. to the existing building not affected
by the extension or the work of repair or
replacement of the fillings, etc.
