NOTICE OF PASSING OF FULL PLANS

 

You deposited plans in accordance with Building Regulations which were registered on the 5 January 2001 with Bracknell Forest Borough Council concerning 12 two storey office units at Reedform Eastern Road Bracknell Berkshire RG12 2UP.

THE COUNCIL GIVES YOU NOTICE, in accordance with Section 16 of The Building Act that the plans, including any amendments, have been PASSED CONDITIONALLY as listed on attached schedule.

This Notice applies only to the Building Regulations and to sections 18, 21, 24 and 25 of the Building Act. In particular, please note that this Notice does not grant Planning Permission, for which a separate consent may be necessary. There may be also be restrictive covenants that apply to your property; if in doubt, you are advised to consult your solicitor.

If this work is not commenced within three years of the date of registration the Council may, by Notice under Section 32 of the Building Act, declare that the deposit of plans is of no effect.

Your attention is drawn to the important notes on the enclosed sheet regarding notices.

prior to installation.

3 Full details of drainage, plumbing and layouts of W.C.s being submitted and approved

prior to installation.
