One of the biggest difficulties for a small firm is striking the right balance between the extra space needed and the cost. Too little space, and you may have to move again soon. Too much space, and the business may struggle with the additional cost. Reedspace cannot physically expand or contract the size of an individual office to respond to occupiers fluctuating requirements, but   we do whatever we can do - at competitive rates. So far two occupiers have successfully expanded into adjacent buildings, with interconnecting openings, and two occupiers have sub-let a floor in their building to produce income until they need the additional space.

The table below indicates the net sizes of offices, but accommodation schedules 		  can only give part of the story – offering little idea of the feeling of spaciousness that can only be experienced within a building.

The generous proportions, open layout, and full height windows at the Courtyard combine to uplift the spirit of all who enter them, whether their business is growing or not!
